Please, have more kindness. I understand your establishment is very busy but just because someone is parked in your lot, does not mean they aren't paying anything towards your establishment. Sometimes, people are going through very hard times in their lives, just almost got run over by three semis in a state they have never driven through (and are trying to calm down), AND then are about to buy gas. BE KIND PS whent he actual store is called afterwards and tells you what happened with kindness and all you have to say back is "okay, have a nice day ".... That's really freaking rude and highly lacks customer service skills

Nice, well-managed store with a clean microwave, a pleasant dining area in the McDonald’s restaurant, and clean restrooms. Also, clean drink and food bar; I would definitely buy food from here. @memerios1020

I’m only giving this a one star towards the McDonald’s chain, the pilot store is huge has many options to buy snacks, drinks, showers, laundry and bathrooms. This area was well maintained. However my experience at McDonald’s was a zero. We waited 23 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers 2 hamburgers. There were 9 orders sitting there to get filled the manager just stood there waiting for her male employee to drop two filet fish for a customer. Three orders also were in a processing screen. As a manager how are you just standing there? You had three employees free hands where I’m sure you are all clearly cross trained to stop drop and process the orders. You need to know when you must step in to expedite, so step up help in the kitchen. Why are you watching your one employee suffer in the back kitchen on his own and the three of you standing there waiting on orders. This makes no sense. Help in the kitchen make the food with him then delegate to the other two staff standing there to bag the orders you do not need to do the easy job. The job you have is manage all areas of the business. That means getting your hands dirty. Several customers were mumbling under their breath how long they we

The Pilot Travel Center in Glendale, KY is a convenient stop right off the interstate, making it easy to access when traveling through the area. We stopped in for a restroom break, as well as for a drink and some snacks, and everything was smooth and pleasant. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which made the stop comfortable. The attendant we interacted with was helpful and friendly, adding to the positive experience. The drink and snack selection was solid, with plenty of options to choose from for a quick refresh. Having a McDonald’s on-site is also a nice bonus, giving travelers more choices if they want a meal instead of just a snack. Overall, this Pilot Travel Center is a reliable and welcoming place to stop during a trip—clean facilities, good selection, and friendly service all in one.
